It is not the CC that is trying to tear the party apart - but without naming any names I can think of some people to whom that would be a fairer description...
Those former revolutionaries who believe the answer to the low level of class struggle is a party led by the celebrity left deploying the latest cyber-utopian cliches are doomed to watching their leaders spend the rest of their careers writing confessionals in the Guardian and appearing on 'Have I Got News for You' (if they're mildly amusing or photogenic.)
