International Socialism 112

The latest issue of International Socialism is online now, which obviously makes for far more interesting reading than this blog at the moment. Also check out the sites resources page...

Edited to add: ISJ Index 1958-1968, 1969-1974, 1975-78, 1993-2005, 2004-2006. Who knows what quite happened during the years 1978-1993...

I can't just let this go. Mike Gonzales is talking utter pish there. I can understand why so many people are so very hateful towards the SWP now. You lot bring it entirely on yourselves.

Care to point out exactly where Mike Gonzales is talking 'utter pish' in his article on the SSP?

Or should we all just take your word for it?

snowball - for the link to the issues 58-69, 69-74 and 75-78, remove the "uk" from the url and then the link should work.

Loved this wee footnote from Gonzales's article:
(a) The overwhelming majority of the EC had been members of the Militant Tendency. Three were members of the Socialist Worker platform, including myself. The one member of our platform present at the meeting in November 2004 voted for the decision calling on Sheridan to resign but immediately and publicly acknowledged that she had been wrong.

Nothing like a bit of vanguardist self-criticism after you've been hauled over the coals by the leadership in London. ;-)
