Probably the best International Socialist blogs in the World
It is official - Histomat is currently the 25th best left-wing British blog. Well, the 25th best left blog according to a random socialist with a penchant for Labourites and soft Stalinists who comes from Swindon anyway...
As my contribution to the apparently unsatiable desire that exists in the blogosphere for lists of left-wing bloggers, I have decided to compile a list of the top ten bloggers who are fellow members or supporters of the International Socialist Tendency. Well it is the 90th anniversary of the Russian Revolution and all that coming up next month and this seems as good a way as celebrating as any...well, maybe.

The list is rather dominated by UK based bloggers I am afraid - I am aware that there are must be many bloggers who are part of the IST or who stand for socialism from below and uncompromisingly against imperialism who deserve to be in this list - like perhaps The Sharp Side and many of the other fine blogs I link to - if I have missed anyone obvious out please don't feel offended - get in touch...

I'm not sure what counts as a blog these days - many groups or organisations have a blog rather than a website (e.g. the New Zealand SWP's Unity Blog). Blogs are a lot easier to set up and run for small organisations - as well as being more interactive.
Anyway, thanks for the list - and my number one spot for bi-lingual unorthodox IST supporters' blogs written by British socialists living in the Paris banlieue.

What about Reading the Maps, a kiwi blog that I thought supported your lot?
Darren - well, he seems to have joined Respect recently so he can't dislike GG too much...
Martin - RtM is a great revolutionary socialist blog - and there are many great revolutionary socialist blogs out there - but Maps is not a member or supporter of the IST...

Bit naughty including Rick Kuhn who is in Socialist Alternative not the ISO in OZ. Therefore he is NOT a member of the IST. Ditto John Mullen who is outside the IST. Ditto Dave Renton who is not in the SWP last I heard.
Btw the Marxist internet Archive includes many documents from the IS Tradition. As does Einde O'Callaghans excellent Die Roten/The Reds site. And indeed a perusal of my own neprimerimye blog will locate a handful of texts from both the Socialist Review Group and IS. Plus some critical commentary.
Errm, I'm certainly fellow-travelling, but am not actually IST/SWP. Funnily enough, much of my family are CWI/Socialist Party/Militant types, so my occasional contributions to Socialist Worker are deeply controversial when I'm home for xmas dinner.
